How we connect brothers.

Become a Mentor
For men 30+ who want to give back. Share your wisdom, experience, and support with a younger brother navigating his path.

Common questions.
How does mentor matching work?
We use a brief intake form to understand your goals, challenges, and preferences. Our team hand-matches mentees with mentors based on alignment, not algorithms. Most matches are made within 2–3 weeks.
Is there a cost to participate?
No. MELLO mentorship is free. We believe guidance and brotherhood should never be behind a paywall. Our programs are supported by grants and partnerships.
How much time does mentoring require?
We recommend 1–2 hours per month for one-on-one mentoring. Peer circles meet bi-weekly for 90 minutes. We respect your time and set clear boundaries.
